Terms and Conditions – Bubble Cash Pakistan Gaming

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Bubble Cash platform, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all use of the website, the mobile app, and any services made available through the Bubble Cash platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. Continued use of Bubble Cash after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

2Eligibility and Registration

To register an account on Bubble Cash, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Bubble Cash is an adult gaming platform and access by minors is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth and contact details.
• You must not already hold an active or previously closed account on the Bubble Cash platform. Only one account per person, household, device and IP address is permitted.

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your Bubble Cash account. This includes:

• Keeping your login credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication codes — confidential and secure.
• Not sharing your account access with any other person, including family members.
• Logging out from shared or public devices after each session.
• Notifying Bubble Cash support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensuring your registered contact details, including your mobile number used for JazzCash or Easypaisa, remain accurate and up to date.

Bubble Cash will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions with your login credentials. If you report suspected unauthorised access promptly, we will investigate and take appropriate action including temporary account suspension pending review.

Account credentials must not be sold, transferred or assigned to another person under any circumstances. Doing so will result in permanent account closure for both parties.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Bubble Cash are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, IBFT bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets.

By making a deposit, you confirm that:

• The funds being deposited are legitimately yours and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity.
• The payment method being used is registered in your own name. Depositing from a payment account that belongs to another person is not permitted.
• You understand that deposits are processed in PKR and that no currency conversion is applied on the platform's end.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply per transaction and per payment method. These limits are displayed in the deposit section of your account. Bubble Cash reserves the right to adjust these limits without prior notice.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed quickly, while bank transfers may take additional business days depending on your bank. Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification checks prior to processing.

The platform reserves the right to reverse or void a deposit or withdrawal transaction in cases of suspected fraud, technical error, or where the transaction breaches these terms. In cases of technical error resulting in an incorrect credit to your account, you are obligated to notify support and the erroneous amount will be reversed.

5Bonuses and Promotions

Bubble Cash may from time to time offer bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, cashback or other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, as well as these general bonus conditions:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the specific promotion terms. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings expire at the end of the validity period.
• Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, bonus funds must be used before real money funds in your account balance. Real money winnings generated from bonus play may be subject to withdrawal restrictions until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• Bubble Cash reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, alter its terms, or disqualify a player from a promotion if there is evidence of abuse, collusion, or exploitation of the offer in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Only one bonus per player, household, device and IP address applies unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

6Sports Betting Rules

The Sports Betting section on Bubble Cash covers Cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 Internationals, ODIs and Test matches — as well as Football, Esports and other selected sports. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked in and cannot be amended by either party.
• In-play (live) betting odds change in real time as a match progresses. Placing a live bet is an acceptance of the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation, not at the time you began filling out the betslip.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply per market and per event. These are displayed on the betslip before confirmation.
• All cricket matches — PSL franchise games, international T20s and other formats — are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant cricket board or governing body. Rain-affected matches and Duckworth-Lewis results are treated as official results.
• If a match is abandoned before completion and no official result is declared, bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned to your account balance.
• Bubble Cash reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly displayed in error — for example, due to a data feed malfunction or a pricing error that is materially different from the correct market price.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win for the full payout to be awarded. If one or more selections are voided, the accumulator is recalculated using the remaining valid selections.

Bubble Cash does not accept responsibility for bets placed based on information you have read on third-party news sources, social media or unofficial score feeds. Always verify match status directly on the platform before placing live bets.

7Gaming Rules — Slots, Fish Games and Bingo

All casino-style games on Bubble Cash — including Slots, Fish Games and Bingo — use certified random number generation (RNG) to determine outcomes. No player, employee or system administrator can influence or predict game outcomes. By playing, you accept that:

• All game outcomes are determined by RNG and are final once the game round is complete.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages are averages calculated over millions of game rounds — individual session results will vary significantly and an RTP figure does not guarantee any particular outcome in any single session.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts per game are displayed within each game interface before you begin playing.
• Fish Games operate on a shooting mechanic where the cost per shot is deducted from your PKR balance as shots are fired. Ensure your balance is sufficient before entering a Fish Game table.
• Bingo rooms have scheduled start times and buy-in amounts in PKR. Tickets purchased for a Bingo room are non-refundable once the game has started.
• Slot jackpot wins are subject to verification before payout. Jackpot amounts are paid out in PKR at the confirmed winning value.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Bubble Cash platform. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended pending investigation and may be permanently closed with balances withheld:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence system to interact with the platform, place bets or play games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors in game logic to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share information in live games for mutual benefit, or coordinate betting patterns in a way that distorts markets.
• Attempting to launder funds through the platform by depositing and withdrawing without genuine gaming activity.
• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's identity to circumvent an account closure, self-exclusion or verification requirement.
• Using a VPN, proxy server or other means to disguise your location or identity while using the platform.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing platform staff or other players through any communication channel associated with Bubble Cash.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape or otherwise misuse the platform's content, data or code.

9Responsible Gaming

Bubble Cash is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible and controlled play. Gaming on this platform is intended purely as entertainment for adults with a pre-agreed personal budget. It is not a means of generating income and outcomes cannot be predicted or guaranteed.

We provide the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

11Account Suspension and Closure

Bubble Cash reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, including in the following circumstances:

Where an account is closed due to a terms breach, Bubble Cash reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — for example, a voluntary closure requested by a player in good standing — any verified real money balance will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method after standard processing checks.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily should contact support with their request. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements do not survive account closure requests — only verified real money cash balances are eligible for return.

12Limitation of Liability

Bubble Cash provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain reliable uptime and accurate data feeds, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption, that game results will be displayed instantaneously, or that third-party data feeds — such as live cricket scores — will be free from delay or error.

To the maximum extent permitted, Bubble Cash shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits or anticipated winnings arising from platform downtime, data feed errors or technical faults.
• Any indirect, consequential or incidental loss arising from your use of the platform.
• Bets placed based on data displayed during a verified technical malfunction — such bets may be voided and stakes returned at the platform's discretion.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13Changes to These Terms

Bubble Cash reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via their registered contact details or via a notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with a change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to initiate account closure before the revised terms come into effect.
